From the Golden Gate Bridge
Take Park Presidio south. Go right on Cabrillo St. Take the first left, which is 14th St. Take the first left after that, which is Fulton. Travel along Fulton until you reach Cole. Turn right on Cole. Two blocks down is Hayes.
From the Bay Bridge
Take the 9th Street off-ramp. Get on either Fell St. or Hayes St. If you take Fell, travel until you reach Cole St. Make a right, and go one block to Hayes. If you take Hayes, just drive until you reach Cole.
Please leave extra time for street parking. You can also try the parking lot at St. Mary's Hospital on Hayes St.

From Route 80 Take Ashby exit. Go left on San Pablo Ave. Go right on Dwight Way. The office is in the small medical building right after Milvia.
From BART Get off at the "Downtown Berkeley" station. Take Bus #15 south on Martin Luther King. Get off at Dwight Way. Walk east toward Milvia (the Berkeley hills will be ahead of you in the distance).
Drivers: Please leave time to find street parking (there isn't a customer parking lot) and bring plenty of quarters for the meters (4 per hour).
NOTE – A special code is required to get into the office itself (not the building). Make sure to ask about this before your appointment.

General Directions The office is in the second house south of the corner of Benecia and Olympic, one block east of Beverly Glen. Use the small gate on the left, and walk straight to the BACK of the house.
Street parking is available, but you need a permit Monday-Friday. You will find some permits hanging outside on the office doorknob for your use. Please place one of these permits in your car in a clearly visible spot (and return to the doorknob after your visit). On Saturday and Sunday no permits are required.
