I'm a professional copywriter and consultant with 25+ years' experience delivering powerful sales and marketing copy to high-potential startups, small businesses of all types, high-profile individuals, nonprofit organizations, and major international companies.
I've written everything from consumer health pamphlets and Google ads to sales brochures, e-commerce copy, client spotlights, and complete corporate websites.
For many years, I also managed large-scale client success programs, detailing gains by organizations ranging from major oil companies and banks to well-known science laboratories, hospitals, and even the Hubble telescope. Much of my work involved extensive journalistic interviews, which I repackaged as sharp, short pieces highlighting the benefits and features of products and services, or the qualities of the people behind them.
I've been the marketing manager for a graphic design house, marketing research manager at a large consumer healthcare publishing firm, and the managing editor of two corporate newsletters.
In addition, I have a long teaching history. I've conducted many corporate seminars and earlier in my career taught English at various levels.

FUN FACT
I was among a select group of individuals who published crosswords in The New York Times in the days before software existed to help. Legendary Times editor Eugene Maleska accepted my very first submission. In his handwritten congratulatory note, he was kind enough to refer to me as a rara avis (referring to a popular crosswords term meaning "rare bird") for "achieving such skill so fast."
