In most cases, pricing and parameters for services will be based on initial discussions regarding the size, scope and details of each project under consideration. To get the process started, feel free to contact me using the menu options or any of the contact buttons found throughout the site.

Payments
Payment for services hired here will be arranged through PayPal. Some writing and consulting services are also packaged on Etsy for easy ordering. See my Etsy Store for details.
Contracts
You might be asked to sign a contract for large-scale projects that are expected to extend over a lengthy period of time, are highly complex, or that involve payments exceeding $999. These contracts typically specify payment schedules, delivery schedules, description of services to be rendered, and so on. Any contracts you’re asked to review and sign will have been discussed beforehand during the consultation period.
Revisions
Writing services come with a maximum of two rounds of simple revisions upon your request. These are intended as straightforward changes that don’t alter the original direction of the items written or edited, or include additional content.

Refunds
For writing, editing, or any other service resulting in a creative product of any kind, including but not limited to website copy, sales and marketing copy, tag lines, naming, branding, site maps, and so forth:
I guarantee your satisfaction, or you are entitled to receive a full refund. Please note, however, that if you do receive a refund, all rights to all material created for you in connection with the refunded payment will revert to me, and you will not be able to use the returned material for any purpose whatsoever. Unfortunately, I must state that these terms will be enforced legally in the event of a breach of these terms.
For consultations, coaching and training sessions:
I'll work very hard to ensure that you're satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of these services, by which the “product” is delivered verbally during the consultation itself, I cannot provide refunds.
Please feel free to ask questions beforehand, to make sure that a service you’re considering will match up with your expectations. Most of my training and consulting services can be adjusted to meet your specific needs.

All of my creative products, including but not limited to written or edited copy, information transferred during training, or any other content or information provided during a period of service, are intended for the sole use of the purchaser. All purchasers are prohibited from transmitting these products, content or information to a third party, especially in return for payment from that third party.
